FORELL Team Quality Assurance Program

FORELL believes that all products and services are characterized by the (non)presence of QUALITY. Quality is built-in through the processes and procedures used in the production of products or delivery of services. When fully integrated into the processes and procedures, QUALITY can be objectively and quantitatively defined and measured.

FORELL will use Modified Six Sigma Principles based on Quality Function Deployment processes. With our SeaPort Enhanced Customer, FORELL will quantitatively define the “QUALITY BAR” for task order products and services. This quality bar will provide the means to objectively assess the quality throughout the development process.

FORELL’s approach to Quality Assurance provides for periodic reviews of the processes and procedures used in the development of products and the delivery of services. At task order startup and throughout the execution period, existing processes and procedures will be reviewed, modified, and new ones will be added to ensure that the task order products and services will measure up to the quality bar. With our SeaPort Enhanced Customer, FORELL will define the “QUALITY METRICS” that will be collected periodically in order to monitor the quality of products and services.

Throughout the execution of task orders, FORELL will look for opportunities to improve the processes and procedures to increase quality.
